It is with frustration and regret that we have to announce further issues with stock delays.
We are now experiencing delays in receiving hardware due to the reported chaos at English ports which has seen ships unable to unload their containers or Haulage firms unable to book slots to pick up their cargo for delivery. Unfortunately the window industry is being affected as supplies of hardware are not being collected and delivered to our suppliers.

We are still also experiencing delays from our profile suppliers too. Whilst every effort is being made to get as much of our ordered stock to us, we are still struggling to get every job finished due to short supplies.
Again we can only apologise for these delays that are unfortunately out of our control.
We will get as many jobs manufactured as we can. To enable you to complete your installations we may send your jobs with the wrong coloured handle, or with items missing that will not affect your installation process. We are aware of these situations and we will forward you on the correct items as soon as we receive them for you to finalise your jobs at a later date.
