Detailed survey & design

Once you are happy to proceed, our surveyor will carry out a full technical survey of your home. We will go through every detail together — style, colour, glass specification and hardware — tailoring everything to suit your property perfectly.

This is also when we confirm final measurements, place the order with our trusted suppliers, and agree a convenient installation date with you.

Step 3

Manufacturing

Your windows, doors or conservatory are manufactured to your exact specification by our carefully selected suppliers — quality products built to perform and built to last. We only use manufacturers whose products we are genuinely confident in.

We will keep you updated on progress and confirm your installation date in good time so you can plan around it.

Step 4

Professional installation

Our own team of skilled, friendly installers will carry out all the work at a time convenient to you. We take great care to protect your home — laying boards, covering furniture and keeping disruption to an absolute minimum throughout.

At the end of each day we leave your property clean and tidy, and the finished installation is thoroughly checked before we consider the job complete.

Step 5

Payment & aftercare

Your final payment is only due once you are completely satisfied with the finished work — not before. We believe that is the only fair way to do business, and it is how we have always operated.
